iPod Touch can’t sync with iTunes?
Everytime I plug in my iPod, it freezes iTunes for about 3 minutes, then an error message pops up saying “iTunes was unable to load dataclass information from sync services. Reconnect or try again later”. I reconnect, and it still doesn’t work. I reset my ipod, thinking that would help, but it didn’t. (But I know that it’s not a problem with the iPod, it’s the computer or iTunes) So now I have an iPod with no music on it that won’t sync to my computer. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I fix it? I’m running Windows 7 64-bit, iTunes version 9.1.1.
Reset your iPod for a try, it may helps.
