Install Windows dialog disappeared – Windows 7?

I downloaded Windows 7 RC1 version. Now that i try to boot it, it doesn’t boot for some reason. So i decided to upgrade XP so i put on the dvd-rw i burned the iso to and went to my computer. After i clicked the drive that windows 7 cd in, i received an error saying “The application or DLL E:SourcesSPWIZENG.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.” There is an OK button so after i click on it, another dialog pops up saying “The files ‘autorun.dll’ could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is [0xC1]” Earlier when i clicked on the drive, a “Install Windows” dialog appeared of Windows 7 asking to Check Compatibility and Install Windows. But now when i click on it, it doesn’t show that window but instead goes to straight the error message.

Can you please help me.
It will be greatly appreciated.

the ISO you downloaded could be corrupted. Try downloading it again.
