Umm well depending on you have DDR or DDR2 memory the prices will differ usually by a bit DDR is around 50 and you can get DDR2 for 20 as for running aero any mainstream decent grapics card can run aero so you should be good as long as your computer isnt older than 4 years. As for finding out what kind of memory you have if you got to Control Panel and system it states the amount of memory and type of memory you have.
