Question about pre-ordering in Amazon?
I want to pre-order windows 7 and I just want to know if the charge you immediately when you pre-ordered it, or they charge you when the product is shipped?
if i was you Id order from Mircosoft.com you can pre order and dont have to pay untill the item is availible and you have the option to either download the upgrade or have it shipped to your house.
