How to degrade from Windows 7?
I have been using Windows 7 for awhile, and just learned that there is an EXPIRATION DATE! So, I am wondering how to revert back to my old OS, Windows Vista. I do not have a CD because it was installed with the PC. How do I revert back to Windows Vista when I need to? Or, is there a way to keep the Beta Windows 7?
I don’t know why you installed Windows 7 without reading all the information that you where supposed to read. Windows 7 will stop working in august. If I remember right it can not be upgraded to the RC1. It will have to be removed because it will stop working. Since you have a computer that came without a cd, that means that you have a recovery partition on your hard drive. You need to go to your computer company web site, then support and find out how to do a recovery. Just hope you don’t have a emachine. It is usually very simple, when you do it. Your computer will be restored to the way it was the day you bought it. Hopefully when you installed Windows 7 you did not remove or overwrite the partition. Good luck.
