Windows seven file and printer sharing?

i have homegroup set up on my windows seven machine. and i also have a Macbook. apple has instructions on how to connect my macintosh to windows seven to share files and printers. but it says type in the network address of the windows machine that you used in homegroup. i dot know what its talking about here. this is the example it gives looks sumthing like this. smb://username@computername/users
this is what i type on the mac to find the pc’s network. but i dont know what to put in the space. i dont know how to find the windows 7 networks name inside of windows seven. how can i identify the network identidy of the windows seven computer? if i knew what the file sharing network name was for for windows 7 machine i could connect my mac to it. but i dont know how to identify this network address. can you tell me how to find it in windows 7???

The format goes as such
serversharename
