How to transfer FrostWire files to iTunes, iPod, iPhone on Windows and Mac OS X?
Run FrostWire and switch to the search tab to search audio/video files. Double click on the file to download from the files list in the right window.
Add FrostWire files to iTunes
Open iTunes, and go to File–>add file to library–>navigate to where Frostwire saves the files you download–>click the song you want and click “open”. Now you could find the individual files in iTunes.
Transfer FrostWire files to iPod/iPhone
