Internet Explorer possible virus. Need experienced suggestions about my problem.?

I have AVG 8.5 and in my Identity Protection window I go to Tab Advanced and I see IEXPLORE.exe which is not running anywhere ! when i play games and work, it goes to different websites and i hear some ads sounds. weird :. it also jumps to the iexplore window but u cant see it because its invisible wow. OK, when i try to Quarantine the following process in AVG ID window it says i cant remove it because its in ALLOWED list *Remove from ALLOWED list first* i go to allowed list and all i see is only 1 programm that i allowed which has no virus, but it has no relationship towards IE. ok, so i dont see Iexplore.exe in the list. so i go back to the monitored processes and stop the iexplore.exe process. after about 5-7 min. it pops back out but as i said its an invisible window. Nothing like this happened before please help. thank you in advance :)

Some Autoexec.bat, Autorun.inf are calling up some other programs on your system. Check your C: to see if you can find any of the files (you should use the Attrib command). If you find any of the files, delete them you can also check what the autoexec.bat file is calling up that way you will know what you are dealing with.

Another thing that I have found out with some of these worms or malware shall we call them is that, you might have to check your Startup options in the Program Lists, there you will find some files that looks or are named and have icons looking like normal files. Delete them (but in the safe mode), do the same for the files which you will find the system32 (driver folders) and you should be alright.
