i want to know is there any problem with my computer or graphic card please tell me what do i do to solve this problem

I would bet that you have an on-board integrated graphics card?
A lot off later software and in particular games need advanced capabilities not normally present on integrated cards.
These include pixel shading and pixel shading capabilities and also have a lot more memory.
So it looks like you need a new video card if your PC supports one.
Before buying one, check what Maya 7.0 requires in the way of graphic capabilities then check your motherboard and bios to see if a suitable one can be installed.
If you mail me with your motherboard details I can check and see what you can do, I assume that it isn’t a laptop as if it is then you will need a new PC.8-((
