windows 7 mac os x themes

Should i use small icons or the normal icons on the windows 7 taskbar?

I have Windows 7 Ultimate but the taskbar is giving me trouble.
I can i have a choice to change my taskbar icons to a smaller size and im not sure wether to use small or normal?
