No administrator account in windows 7??HELP!?

Hi, yesterday I decided to change my sid with newSID. It took all night to change and in the morning program was still running. So I cancelled It. After I rebooted PC I logged as always(there was only my account). Then I couldn’t launch any program which needs administrator permission. So I can only loggin as guest….and there is no admin account..
Control userpasswords2 requires administrator rights, but I can loggin only as guest..

admin account is not displayed if one is holding the same power as the administrator. if you are log in as guest account, go to control panel > user accounts : look for the administrator account if it’s there or not. in most cases, admin account can be seen over the control panel. so if not, go to “Start > run > type: “Control UserPasswords2″
all the accounts will be displayed here. if the admin account is not password protected, highlight it and click on properties. see what that admin is giving some previleges to guest accounts. mostly, admin controls the usage of the PC for guest accounts to not “download, install, run” any application or programs. reset the setting if you like. or else, give your account the same power as admin account. always restart PC after making some changes to apply the changes you made.
