How to dual boot preinstalled Windows 7 with Windows XP oem?

I bought Windows XP and was going to use it for a laptop I had, but I just got a new laptop instead. But since I already have the disc, it’s an oem, not an upgrade, can i use it to dual boot with w7? IF so, how, please?

1) Only for 30 days, then it stops running if it isn’t activated, and you can’t activate an OEM version on hardware other than the computer it was installed on to begin with.

2) You can’t dual boot XP over 7. You have to install XP first, then dual boot 7 over it. (XP doesn’t recognize 7, so it’ll just install – and you’ll be left with an XP installation. No way to get to 7.)

Windows 7 PE build 6519 / Live CD 428120064 bytes
