I am trying to get my avatar and it never works, i cant see it in the preview window?
I have been reading the troubleshooting and i still cant figure it out, any advice? Also does anyone know how I can tell what level of browser I have already? It says you need 5.5 or higher, so I tried to download 7 but it says its not available to me, I dont want to get 6 without knowing what i have already. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
Click on the “Help” menu at the top of the browser, then click the menu option that says “about…”, which will bring up a window that tells you about your browser including what level it is.
