Is it “normal” for Windows 7 Professional Upgrade completely wipe out all your files from Windows Vista?
I had a very good friend, who is a licensed computer technician, upgrade all of the company and personal computers to Windows 7 Professional OS. The installation cost us all our programs, files, and favorites from the computers. We have to make a fresh start, and its quite frustrating. Is this normal coming from Vista and XP to Windows 7 Professional? Thank you in advance, my friends. 
If it was an upgrade All your personal Files are in the Windows directory WINDOWS.OLD> Users>”XXX” <--- Name :D
