Trying to save windows to several 700 MB disks on a MAC?
I’m trying to put windows on my mac. I have the windows partition ready, I have the windows 7 release candidate installed on my desktop in .iso format, and i have at least thirty 700 MB CD-R recordable disks, but the file for windows is too large (2.36 MB). Is there any way I can save windows on multiple disks and then install them on my mac?
Windows 7 has to be installed from a DVD, not a CD. A DVD is able to hold 4.7 gig of information, so it can hold the entire 2.36 gb. It can no be divided across different disc as it needs all the files on a single disk to install properly.
