i had downloaded the trial version of windows 7 starter the lowest or the least version of windows 7 i searched for its product key everywhere on d net. but i need it for free

Windows 7 has not even been released yet. You got a trial version to test it out and if it has expired you’ll have to wait until it releases next year to run the real version.
If you can’t wait there is the Windows 7 release candidate out that you can run until June 1 of next year and you can get a new product key at any time for free.
