I have a computer with 768mb ram and 40gb disk space with 1.5 ghz, I have vista on it right now.?
But I’m tired of it because my video card won’t support the aero and it’s slowish not too slow but slow. so I’m using the vista basic theme. and I was wondering If i should upgrade to Windows 7 or go back to xp? which is faster and vista runs good on my system but it’s a little slow at opening programs.

I would HIGHLY recommend you go back to XP if you can. You have less RAM than minumum system requirements. Vista and 7 will eat up 1/4 of your hard drive just to install it. Your processor most likely is not that good either. A computer like that was clearly not made for post-XP Windows.
