What is your opinion of this custom computer setup?
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620 AM3
Motherboard: Asus M4A785TD-M Evo (AMD 785G Chipset, 4x DDR3, Onboard Video)
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333mhz (4x 2GB)
Hard Drives: 500GB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 6x Blu-Ray ROM S-ATA
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate (As i’m a student i can get it dirt cheap)
PSU: 500W Eagle
Is that a good deal at £450? (roughly $720)

Decent, but not perfect.
Don’t bother with a 4350 video card as the integrated 4200 is almost as good. Either get a real video card for gaming (something along the lines of a 5770) or skip it entirely.
With the saved money, I’d pick up one of the top end Phenom II x4 processors
