Anyone know where i can get windows 7 upgrade pre ordered for the very special price as it says on the US website in the uk. When on the Microsoft website i click parcitipating retailers from the uk it just goes back to the us list.

You can purchase one in the UK starting July 15th. Just order from Microsoft Store or Amazon, or some local dealers. When you type in Microsoft.com, change the country to UK. You will see buy option there right in front of you. Click on that. You will have the choice to either go to Microsoft Store, or it will show you a list of dealers that are offering you the product at half-price. After that, it’s your choice.
You lucky bastard! You are at least getting a discounted pre-order price in the UK. I, from India, can’t enjoy such an offer and will sadly have to buy an upgrade at $120+tax.
I had bought this laptop with Vista installed in the US. I am wondering if it will be legal if I purchase the upgrade from the US store.
