difference between windows 7 upgrade and full version?

i would like to know what are the difference between upgrade and full version of upcoming windows 7
except for the price
is there any advantage of full verson than the upgrade version?
and
if i buy the full version of 7
will my hardware drivers can be easlly instal w/o compatibilty problems??

Consider this, when I upgrade non microsoft software I lose the rights to use the previously installed version. If I bought a full version I would own the rights to both versions.
By choosing the upgrade I can not put my back up copy of the older version on another computer. Had I purchased the full version I could have installed the older version using the key provided with the older version. This may or may not be a factor for you to consider.
