Windows 7 Generic Drivers vs Manufacturer?
I just installed Win 7 RTM, and all my drivers are working, is there any benefit to installing the manufacturer driver. For example, should I install the video card driver?
If you can get a Windows 7 specific driver from the manufacturer, then you should, especially if you have x64 and they offer an x64 driver.
