Whats your views on Mac vs PC?
I want actual views on why you choose one over the other?
It cannot be oh its because PC has better games or Mac can’t run games, since i think
they knew that in the first place when they bought one. Or you can’t upgrade it, when in fact you can. Price, we know Macs cost significantly more than PCs so that cannot be used either.
I’m talking about stability and user friendly options…What makes OS 10.6 ( or any previous OSX) better than window 7 ( or any previous). Troubleshooting and crashing, and so on.

Yea i do agree on linux being good as well, but all i ever read is that macs suck because they cant play games… LOL

I have Windows 7 on my Work PC btw so I know what im doing with computer related crap.. lol… comparing both they have their pros and cons… I just hate damn windows drivers… =)

Well i have no problem with Mac, Linux or windows. I look at it like, can it do the job I want it to do.
Macs probably are good for people who like style or maybe for the absolute beginners who do not know what it means by right click. But even for the experts it is a grate OS.
Windows, did get stuck with XP and the radical change really did leave users confused and angry with vista (not to mentioning the bugs), but with windows 7 even now managing to run on netbooks with a slitly nicer GUI and compatibility issues. A good os though still needs some experience to use.
Linux, the ultra nerdy os, (even tho there are beginner ones) the birth place of a lot of well known open source applications. potentialy very stable and small footprint allows for massive performance. it also has been used as a server like web servers, DNS and more.
I would never say I would stick to one OS because it is impossible and also I would not be a true technician.
