Mac vs PC? (In terms for a Home/Student user)?
Sup. School is starting in 2 weeks, and I have a Gateway M-6841 with Windows 7 RTM. I find it faster than Vista, but it doesn’t have many features so I’m probably going back too it. Vista is bloated because if you have it, the UAC is constantly nagging, It’s slow, and just to make it more clear. ITS SLOW. So I’m Looking into mac’s (not in there direct stores, but on ebay) and on ebay, they’re a good 500-600$. So what would be better, a Mac or a PC for me?

My laptop is around that range (retail is 1000$ in 2008) so i’m pretty sure it’d be about that much, or maybe more/less.
I like surfing the web, watching youtube videos, using microsoft office, and basic stuff. so should I get this mac, or should i keep up with this PC?
I would stick to the computer you have. If you want a faster OS use XP.
