Question about windows 7 starter?
I would like to change the dessktop wallpaper on my windows 7 starter netbook. I looked on google and they said to right click on the desktop and select personalize. Mine does not have a personalize option. I think it might be that it’s only the starter edition, but im not sure. Does anyone know a way to change the background? Thanks alot!!
