Windows vista to windows 7 update help?
im trying to upgrade vista to 7 through an upgrade disk i got through dell, but i have a problem. My wireless WLAN utility card aparently won’t work after the update and i cannot find the right driver on the dell website. Any help or knowledge?
Computer – dell studio 1555
card – dell wireless 1397 mini card rev.5
You can try Windows Update to see if there is a driver for it. Choose Custom instead of Express. Look at the left under Hardware and see if it’s in the list. I saw the answer on the Dell forum in the comments.

Have you looked on the Dell site here. If you don’t have 64 bit Win 7 try the 32 bit Vista driver
