is my new laptop the main problem or windows 7?
here is my question..i just bought a new laptop,an asus fe83se series (intel duo 2 core 2.66 p8800,4gb ddr2 ram,windows7 home premium,ati radeon 512mb)
the problem started when i installed my modem,a sierra wireless aircard 881u (in the cd given, there are only xp,vista and mac setup for installation) but i still managed to install it.
then, when i start surfing the major problem occurred.
1.there is problem with the audio.when im using the winamp, sounds coming out kind like stuck/not smooth..or when i try to watch movies, everything is kind like stuck/not smooth..
2.so,i uninstalled the software(modem) and everything was back to normal again.then,i connected to the internet by using wireless connection (checking facebook) before i shut it down..
3.few hours later, when i opened it back.the problem happened again (stuck/not smooth audio and video)..
please guys,is the problem because of my laptop (a problem laptop mode from asusl?) or from the software( windows7,sierra modem etc)??
1. it could be software/driver problem
2. try to uninstall the driver or update the driver
3. reinstall win7 using recovery or supplied disc
4. maybe audio hardware is malfunctioning
5. contact notebook manufacturer
