Windows 7 delete undeletable files help?

First, I hate windows 7 and vista. Both of them are the worst systems I have ever used. After I format my computer(without recovery), it still kept the files and put them in to old.windows files. Now I try to delete it but I cannot make it. it tells

You require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder

First off, you did not do a clean install of the os, which is never good to do. If this is your computer, start over and do a clean install. There is not supposed to be windows old!
